Tickets for 2015 Sun Belt Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championship Tickets now on Sale NEW ORLEANS – Tickets for the 2015 Sun Belt Conference Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championship presented by First Bank and Trust are now on sale at member institution ticket offices and ticketmaster. The tournaments, being held March 11-15 at Lakefront Arena in New Orleans, will consist of 14 games in eight sessions. Tickets can be purchased as either an all-session ticket book or as a single-session ticket. Each of the 11 Sun Belt Conference institutions receive ticket books to sell for the tournament and distribution policies will vary by institution. Fans can also go to ticketmaster and purchase ticket books for $99. Fans of Sun Belt member institutions are encouraged to buy tickets from their ticket office as institutional tickets are reserved for sections located behind the team bench areas. Single session tickets, , which allows access to the two games listed in the session (except for the championship games), can be purchased for $15 each at the Lakefront Arena ticket office or on ticketmaster. Kids tickets (ages 3-12) are also available for just $5 – which also includes a hot dog and soft drink. Sun Belt students are admitted free with valid school ID. In addition, fans who wish to sit closer to the action can purchase a VIP ticket book which includes a ticket to each mens and womens game and access to a hospitality area which includes food and beverages throughout the tournament. The VIP tickets are $200 and can be purchased by contacting John Barranco, [email protected]. The Sun Belt has also established fan rates at a number of hotels with locations ranging from the historic French Quarter, the Central Business District, and suburban Metairie. Fans can book rooms at the official team hotel of the Championships – the Hilton Riverside in downtown New Orleans.
