Tiffany Construction is preparing to begin work in early March on the Alice Drive Crossing Project in the Schultz Flood zone north of Flagstaff. A Notice to Proceed (NTP) was issued by the County last week and crews are expected to break ground in early March. Located near the forest boundary on Campbell Avenue, this project is intended to mitigate flooding to properties on Alice Drive by conveying water directly to the Upper Campbell Ditch and down through Campbell Avenue’s Flood mitigation infrastructure. This project is jointly funded by the FEMA Federal Emergency Management Agency and the County.
