You have no excuse because you can do these anywhere and there great when traveling. 1⃣ Kick Backs- extend the leg straight back while tightening the booth. Try and point your toe at the top. 2⃣ Leg curls- curl your heel towards your booty. Straighten the leg then curl. 3⃣ Fire hydrate- start with a knee bend and lift directly to the side.
