Tilly is burning off some of that Thanksgiving turkey, got to keep her figure nice and trim for the holidays! (Edited note - since apparently there is some confusion and concern, Tilly is wearing a leash but that is for her safety so I can guide her back to the center of the treadmill if she gets off course without having to try to grab her collar or distract her from her rhythm some other way. She is not attached to the treadmill, rather, the leash is slung up over the side arm and then wrapped loosely once over a handle so that it doesnt slide down and possibly tangle in her feet while shes running. I use this setup for all my dogs for safety, but if at any time they panic or get tired they are able to jump off the treadmill at any moment. All of the dogs that I run on the treadmill absolutely love it, its definitely not for every dog though, so the dogs that I have here that dont love it I dont ever force them on the treadmill. The ones that do use it absolutely love it and cant get enough of it. ☺️ In fact, when I start it up downstairs with one dog, the treadmill fans that are stuck upstairs in my living room will all start whining because they are jealous that someone else is on the treadmill!)
