Tim Cannon, a biohacker from Essen, Germany, had the courage to plant a computer chip in a box that comes with a battery in his arms without the help of a doctor or anesthesia. A biohacker is simply defined as a person who wants to seek full control of himself. Targets that do monitor the health of his body as optimal as possible to avoid cancer, improve memory storage, and so on. The biohacking activity can be linked to the transhumanism, a belief humans can improve the quality of itself physically, intellectually, and physiologically with the help of technology. People who believe in transhumanism is called a transhumanist .
