Tim Fish Hodgson will be speaking on the legal practice act on the public public lecture scheduled as follows. Date: 05 november 2014 Time:1400-1600 Venue: WSU SCHOOL OF LAW MOOT COURT PROFILE Tim completed a Bachelor of Business Sciences and an LLB at the University of Cape Town. He joined SECTION27 in 2011 before spending an inspiring year clerking for Justice Yacoob at the Constitutional Court of South Africa. In 2012 he was awarded scholarships by the Constitutional Court Trust and the University of Michigan to read an LLM at the University of Michigan. After completing his LLM, Tim returned to Section 27 as a legal researcher in 3013. His work is in a variety of areas including constitutional literacy, basic education and the right to food. Tim is excited to be part of the transformation of our beautiful country and passionate about creating a culture of human rights in South Africa. Inspired by his time as a student activist and a long time member of SLSJ, Tim is passionate about encouraging students to pick up the mantle of our great predecessors in the struggle for equality, dignity and freedom for all.
