Tim Podesta - Guest Choreographer Tim Podesta is a graduate of the Australian Ballet School and performed soloist roles internationally by Sir Frederick Ashton, George Balanchine, Paul Taylor, Ronald Hynd and John Cranko to name a few. As a choreographer Tim’s work has been performed across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, South Africa and Europe. In 2014 Tim has created ‘The Divine Comedy’ for The Queensland Ballet, ‘Of Mice & Men’ in collaboration with Ausdance VIC Director, Andy Howitt, touring Australia, New Zealand and The DanceLive Festival UK and the ADOR film featuring English National Ballet, Singapore Dance Theatre, The Hong Kong Ballet and many other leading dancers from companies around the world. This year Tim’s work ‘Paper Swan’ for his company PROJECTion Dance was nominated for an Australian Dance Award and he will complete a Masters through Unitec, Auckland New Zealand.
