Tim makes the pegboards and I did the painting. I lost myself - TopicsExpress

Tim makes the pegboards and I did the painting. I lost myself along the way and confused myself terribly when I painted the pegs. LOL! I base coated and let dry for 24 hours. The top coats were applied and then with the damp sponge, I wiped the top color after only about 5 minutes, at most. That really pulls the top color off a lot, so I was VERY careful to not pull all the top color off. I wanted it to look like the top color was fading away. Not sure if I succeeded, but I still like how they turned out. The blue was Renewal over Italian Ivory. The others are where I got lost. I was using Grounded, British Grey and Calm, but I dont know which ones I did with which over which! LOL! Anyway, if anyone is interested in buying some unpainted pegboards, let us know. Tim makes them VERY reasonable. Im thinking of using them in one of my classes for an item to take home.
