Time To Grow X PLANTATION 田園到餐桌體驗 At Plantation we celebrate the start of the fall season with a model Farm to Table Experience, beginning with an urban farming workshop co-hosted by our beloved urban farmer Fai Hui and Time to Grow, where you will learn about the basics of city farming and the characteristics of vegetables you will see on the dinner table later that night. We will also learn about composting and how to better make use of leftovers from the kitchen. This workshop is followed by a hands-on cooking class and dinner hosted by Edgar Sanury, Executive Chef of BCN Spanish Restaurant in Soho, Hong Kong.
