Time Warner Cable, since I cant post my complaint on your wall for some reason, and my complaint post yesterday (when I could comment) was removed , I am going to air it here on my wall to my 3000 friends and ask them to share it all over. This post is set to public so I hope 1,000,000 people see it leave you. Time Warner Cable, are you serious? You screw up all my channels by renumbering them. You give me a PDF file of the new line up with the font size about 4 or less. No way to remove channels I dont subscribe to, no way to increase the size and print on more than 2 pieces of paper. You gave me 1000 channel names and numbers on 1 sheet of paper. What were you thinking? My dad is 83 years old, he wont be able read your PDF file nor re-memorize his channels. Last time when you added all the high def channels and renumbered your line up, at least 2 became 402, 3 - 403, ..... something dad would be able to assimilate, even if 2 became 1202, 3 1203, 4 - 1204, ... but, now, in addition to changing the number of the channels, you threw them in a hopper and drew them out randomly. I dont know how you think you improved things by arranging them into genres, you didnt even get all the language specific channels together. The hispanic channels are in the middle and spread amongst the english channels. Did you think about your customers at all? Did you just sell the channel numbers to the highest bidder? You arent even using most of the channel numbers that would make sense. Channel 4 has been NBC for forever. Now it is 1203 and 1204 is vacant? Does that make sense to you? Does it make sense to anyone? KTLA channel 5 as it is listed is now channel 1212, yet 1205 is not being used. Your numbering system is stupid and should be fixed as soon as possible so that people can find their channels.
