Time, a Feature of Framework 1 The greatest difficulty Seth - TopicsExpress

Time, a Feature of Framework 1 The greatest difficulty Seth encounters in describing his version of reality is the need to tailor his explanations to our root assumptions. Root assumptions are our built-in ideas of reality, unquestioned agreements upon which we base our ideas of existence. One of the root assumptions of our three-dimensional universe is the concept of time and space. Seth agrees that this assumption is necessary if we are to experience the life we know in this world. Because we are not yet capable of recognising mental facts as valid, we must materialize thoughts in order to interpret them. We accept that mind influences matter, but we do not yet understand that mind creates matter.~ Norman Friedman (1993), from Bridging Science and Spirit: Common Elements in David Bohms Physics, The Perennial Philosophy and Seth.
