Time can be one of two things...your friend or your foe. It all - TopicsExpress

Time can be one of two things...your friend or your foe. It all depends on how you use it. There is a verse in the bible specifically about time... Ecclesiastes 3 New Living Translation (NLT) A Time for Everything 3 For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven. 4 A time to cry and a time to laugh. A time to grieve and a time to dance. 5 A time to scatter stones and a time to gather stones. A time to embrace and a time to turn away. 6 A time to search and a time to quit searching. A time to keep and a time to throw away. One of the toughest things for us sometimes is investing too much time in the things that no longer prove to be fruitful or helpful. In society we think alot of the quotes we use were some clever saying from some philosopher. .truth is the most valuable truth we can find is in the good word..the bible. God knew we would have broken hearts and need to cry, He also knew that joy would soon follow, He knew we would grieve loss but that one day we would dance again. You see time only becomes our enemy when we stay too long in one place. In other words its ok to go there just dont stay there. Even Jesus was angry , but He didnt stay there. Dont carry a bitter heart friends throughout life it will only steal your joy. Dont allow your grief to consume you, you will miss the blessings you are still surrounded by. Dont spend your life working so hard to make a living that you dont make a life...the point is the time is yours, allow yourself the emotions God created you to feel but then take that 1st step forward. Do you want to spend your time looking in the rear view mirror or upon the new beginnings on the horizon? The time will come when we need to turn away. So my sweet sweet friends surround yourselves with people who will remind you that you might be spending too much time in one spot. Its not insensitive on their parts..its love. Allow yourself the time you need but then hang onto hope. Grab a hold of the future. Its yours for the taking. Jeremiah 29:11 1 For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. I believe one of the greatest things we take for granted isnt money, things or possessions. Its time...as we grow a lil older each day we are reminded we have no guarantee that the ones we love so very much will be here in the morning, or the ones we wronged will be available tomorrow to apologize to, or the ones we meant to tell we love them will be there even an hour from now...Dont waste the most precious thing you have...your time. Its all about the Love peeps...make today count and do something amazing!
