Time for 15 minutes of meditation. The average person spends 47% of their life span mentally not present to the moment. Worrying, thinking, processing, solving, analyzing. Not focusing on what it is theyre doing right now, in this moment, but focusing on last week, 3 months ago, tomorrow. Do something for yourself right now. Take a stand for your body and your mind and sit down somewhere comfortable and quiet. Turn down the lights, grab a timer, and close your eyes. For the first five minutes focus on your breath. Keep a clear mind, any thoughts that come in, observe them and let them go, leave them for later, this is you time. They will be there when your finished. Breathe in slow steady breaths. Let your body relax, let your body open. Clear your mind. For the second set - 10 minutes clear your mind of all thoughts, if you must go back to focusing on the breath to keep a clear mind do so. breathe steadily. Smile :)
