Time for a Little Fun~ Television history was made on March 6, 1967 when an audience of over 30 million viewers tuned in to watch the first television broadcast of Hal Holbrooks landmark one-man show, Mark Twain Tonight! The 90-minute special was a tour de force, and was acclaimed as one of the high points in television history. Speaking of acting range, there is hardly any actor to match the range of the outstanding actor, Hal Holbrook. From his easygoing portrayal of Mark Twain in his famous Mark Twain Tonight and his Evening Shade role, Evan Evans, right down to his role as the gritty Lt. Briggs in Magnum Force Mr. Holbrook has run the gamut and really turned in outstanding performances. youtube/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=kUicyN24TQA
