Time for another crosswalk action! We need volunteers--Tuesday, December 10, 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. We will legally and safely cross the crosswalks at NE 125th and Lake City Way, carrying signs that remind drivers to look out for pedestrians. Signs and safety vests are provided by SDOT and the WA Traffic Safety Commission. This and future actions are intended to raise awareness ahead of the LCW Traffic safety Corridor Project that will launch in early 2014.
