Time for another update. Passed an anniversary yesterday, 2 months since the stroke. Making progress, slowly, but making it. Up and down stairs, check, can do; around house without walker or cane, check, can do. So progress. Next week primary Doctor for check in, maybe OK to get drivers license back so I can drive to VA for P.T. at least once a week. Must not let yesterday get past without a salute to D Day. Years have passed, but the memory cannot be let laps. Got to watch the first 20 minutes of Saving Privet Ryan again, just for the "being there" moment. For those that know, we had a marvelous open house Sunday, June 1 and Tuesday, June 3, at the Slim Gauge Guild, model railroad club I belong to. Lots of visitors, time to see old friends and have fun. Thanks to all for help, aid, assistance and good wishes. More later as we progress. John V
