Time for one of my very quirky and rather wierd Christmas Traditions. The very first year, I was living here, when I woke up on Christmas Morning, my favorite coffee & BS stops were closed. Texas Lunch, Lincoln Diner and 7/11 not open. 2 blocks away, there was a Sunoco Gas Station/Mini Mart that wasnt.. Every year since 1998, on Christmas Morning, I take a casual 2 block walk and stop in that place for about 15 minutes to a half hour to have a coffee and bullshit and relax a bit, BEFORE heading up to St Clair to see Mom and Siblings. One of the few times I seriously think about...Where Ive been, Where I am, and where I am going. (in life)... Wierd but very calm and peaceful. Have a GREAT one ...everybody !! :) Merry Christmas !!
