Time for some news !!! As per the survey findings of National Sample Survey Organisation’s (NSSO), the spending gap between the rich and poor has almost doubled in the FY2011-12. As per data, in FY12 spending on food accounted for 53 percent of the average rural household consumption while in urban areas it made up 42.6 percent of the household budget.
