Time for some real talk. I value my friends, family, colleagues and friendships. I know 98% of the people on my FB personally. Im a Scorpio and loyal to a Fault. If I commit to a task I follow thru. Conversely if someone commits to me, I expect the same. So when you fall short time after time and cant follow the program and I CUT YOU OUT of my life...THATS WHAT THAT IS. So dont send me LinkedIn requests so you can troll my contacts for your personal gain. I am not an idiot. Thats why you are off the team in the first place you short sighted fool. You made your bed.
