Time has come to Name and Shame: 1st Prize goes to Mitchell Potatoes After my last conversation with a concerned lady in the Transport Dept to our living nightmare, rang them back on tuesday asking where the email was regarding the change in delivery time to Gate J, Euston Station. This time the same person obviously has been demoted to receptionist answered my call. Had also rung to ask why a delivery from Mitchell Potatoes had taken place that day at 0640hrs waking residents. The reply i got was alarming to say the least its only twenty minutes in a flippant tone. Asked then to speak to the Director and the reply was he wont speak to you again in a louder flippant tone. at least she shared his name Stewart Mitchell when asked. An educated guess might put this change in opinion from her down to the wrong time of month. The name she gave was Becky. Today another delivery occurred at 0630hrs, again waking residents including myself. Twice in one week Becky dear. Check your companies Facebook Page. Does not look good to any existing clients or future clients. Joint 2nd Prize goes to PnH Nothing heard from them in two weeks now and still delivering at unsociable hours. Guy Christopher (Transport Manager) has ignored my emails. Joint 2nd Prize goes to Network Rail Daniel Coles (Community Relations Advisor) has not got back to me two weeks tomorrow. Even emailed him to make him aware of our Facebook Community Page. But nothing heard. If 3663, Marks & Spencer and Reynolds can do something about it, so can the above. Shameful!
