Time to Break The Ties That Bind me to Verbal/Emotional Abuse even if it costs me some good friends. I will no longer put myself in those situations or relationships for i know i dont deserve it and am better than that. some know of some of the things that have been said to me and still chose to associate with this person and others i have not shown what has been said and some know more than others for i had chosen not to tell the world for i didnt want to be judged and thought at fault, which havin done some research on the abuse i know that im not at fault and wish to stay clear of my abuser. believe what u will, some of this verbal abuse is suttle but still abuse but i know in my heart and soul deep down i will rise above it with or without my long time friends.
