Time to Enroll for the Affordable Care Act Health Insurance! Those choosing to use Affordable Care Act Health Insurance must enroll each year. Even if you had Affordable Care Act Health Insurance coverage last year, you must re-enroll for coverage each year. The deadline for enrollment is February 15, 2015. You must enroll by the 15th to have your coverage start by the first of the next month, in March. Need help? There are people to help you and computer access at the Z. J. Loussac Library, every Tuesday and Thursday, from 2pm to 5pm. All you need to know is what your expected income will be in 2015.
