Time to dry up global liquidity, cause a false panic in emerging markets, and scoop up natural resources for pennies on the "dollar." WSJ; Investors continued to sell dollar-denominated debt issued by emerging-market countries and companies to the tune of $1.2 billion in the latest week. Local-currency debt, a dominant investment strategy for the year, also saw $930 million in outflows after these currencies weakened sharply to the dollar.
