Time to get creative with the CHEST PUMPING exercises and switch things up a bit. Switching things up is a great way to shock your body into getting great results, and it keeps us from getting bored in the gym too, haha. In this video I filmed several years ago I demonstrate a one arm dumbbell chest press. This is a great way to isolate the chest and really focus on slow and controlled good form. You really want to focus on squeezing through the chest here and flexing hard.
