Time to get some CARDIO in, workout that core, those legs, and those shoulder with this MOVE OF THE DAY: Press Jacks! - Perform this move for 1min, 20 sec. - Take a 15 second break, drink some water - Repeat the move for a total of 3 rounds! - Dont over bend your knees when landing, but dont lock them either & lastly, remember to breathe during the workout!
