Time to haul my carcass out of bed. I dont ever remember feeling as rough as I did last night. Many thanks for wifey for worrying that I might be overheating and placing her ice cold hands on me during the night. Really appreciate it princess. Time to get showered, dressed and down to the middlecroft for the Rangers game, then its back for a quick practice before we hit the Golden Eagle tonight.......in the meantime, Lemsip (Rock and Roll........)
