Time to make sure your Public Liability insurance is up-to-date (2m euros cover usually included in a household policy). UK household policies give GLOBAL public liability....I know,. I needed to use it over a horse incident some years ago...i would still make sure I have Spanish policy cover too. I suspect that Jims report of the high incidence of negligence as the cause of a fire is the result of the Junta seeking that as the cause so that they can claim the cost of managing a fire off somebodys public liability insurance. Or am I being too cynical? :-)
