Time to say goodnight but first ... do you remember that idea I had a few weeks ago when talking about stopping in your busy life now and then and just being in the moment? Allowing yourself time to think, plan, create & be open to ideas your Brain might suddenly throw up at you ? Remember the idea I had relaying to potatoes ? Some of you may. Well, update time - I basically had an old compost dalek/bin sitting unused downstairs. It has been out of use for a long time as all my scraps go to my 4 worm farms and we were using it as a place to dump the lawn clippings in the meantime. Sadly though, dry weather and a lack of attention tends to mummify grass rather than compost it - therefore useless bin. Too good to throw away (Im not one to unnecessarily load up our landfills - if it has a use, and is in reasonable nick I cant justify throwing it on a rubbish tip.) So ... my thought pattern was ... I like fresh, organic veggies - we eat truckloads of spuds in our house - I dont have time these days to tend a garden - I can buy organic spuds down the road as seed potatoes and the compost bin would make a fine potato factory. As of today, were doing well as you can see. THAT was my idea so for those who wondered at the time, this post is for you ! Night all ~ see you tomorrow ! From Lindel
