Time to shame VIRGIN ATLANTIC who today failed my 85 year old mother spectacularly. We pre-arranged wheelchair special assistance for her. But on arrival at V C Bird today, after an eight-hour flight, she was left to fend entirely for herself, stand for over an hour in the immigration hall queue and grab her own suitcase off the carousel. Nobody at the airport helped her as she clearly struggled. She has terminal cancer. I work in aviation on this island. Im ashamed of my industry and catatonic with anger at Virgin.
