Time-warner cable saga continues...they have record that i cut off cable last month. I did so purely b/c they are incompetent and havent been able to straighten out my bill since August. I even had a friend call while sitting next to him b/c i was so furious i would have yelled at him. so they have record of my cutting off cable and did so IMMEDIATELY (literally on the spot).
