Timeless Jade 12 year old 16.2 HH Thoroughbred Gelding. Off the track and now used for roping, Canadian cowboy challenge, light barrel racing, cowboy dressage, trail rides and teaching childrens lessons. He is the type of horse that you can put a kid on in the corral/arena and he will babysit and the next minute he will get out and move for you chasing cows. Hes a wonderful boy with a puppy dog personality. Hes great to bathe, clip, groom, trailer, stand for the farrier and stands to mount. Hes never bucked or bit while Ive had him. When out in an open area he likes to get out and move and moves quite quickly at that but in the corral or arena I sometimes have to look down to make sure hes still breathing haha! He has one so called vice he cribs (typical racehorse) but it is 100% controlled by his collar. Ive drug calves with him, hes been to the mountains, been swimming, I rode him daily about 10 feet away from hiway 3, started on heeling, and knows a few basic dressage moves. Hes very willing and eager to learn, I havent seen a thing this boy cant do. Because he is off track he requires special care, he is on a feeding plan and must be blanketed in winter unless he is stalled inside. I will only sell him to a place that will take as good of care as I have of him. Although it was a hard decision Im only selling due to going back to college. Located in Pincher Creek AB.
