Times in our lifes we go through struggles and hardships and we seem to want to figure things out on our own. Praying works it really does but sometimes it takes a while for the to be answered and we seem to think that our prayers will never be answered cause of its time constraint. But does God here everyones prayers? No. He listens to the ones that are His or seek Him with heart and soul. Lifes gives more to others than some but that doesnt mean you are being blessed by God maybe some god but not God. Lets say that your at a park with your kids and there are slot of other kids there right, well then your kid comes to you and starts asking you a question or maybe he wants something and you are paying attention to him cause he is you child right. Well you see the other kids talking to their parents but your attention span is focused on what us your, he obeys you he does what you tell him sometimes with a question but he is yours and you take care of him sometimes punish that child when it is disobedient to you. So you focus in him since he us yours, also because the other kids are really talking to you they are talking to their parent(god). So why is it Si hard to understand that when you dont do what God ask of you that he is acknowledging your existence even though he created you doesnt make you His, far from that if you seek others to mediate for you then you dont seek God you seek for the lazy way of following God cause all the pressure is on that false mediater between you and His glory presence. Since you dont have enough interest in going straight to Him why should He listen to you and answer your prayers. God us merciful but dont confuse mercy with His loyalty to you , you that dont even know Him, so go ahead and believe what tradition had taught you but unless you get revealed by the Holy Ghost all that you k ow is irrelevant .
