Times of India (17/11) says that a committee appointed by the SC has found that 1000 RTO officials all over india, issue 1.15 Cr Driving Licences every year !!! ................ CONGRATULATIONS to all RTO officials, Clerks, peons and Touts and Driving School instructors !!!!!!!!!!! Please apply to Guiness book of World Records !!! Such a task of testing 1.15 Cr applicants driving/riding abilities, is of course a world record.......No wonder you guys are Patron saints for those idiots driving on our roads. Only God saves safe drivers !!! If such idiots riders/ drivers kill your own children through rash driving......just dont mind....You have fathered these rogues too !!!! Keep up the good work.....Congratulations again....please protect and preserve the driving school instructors too.......they are the mothers of the rogues and you, the fathers !!!
