The City of Timmins Public Utility Department wishes to inform residents that a repair is required on the main water line at the Algonquin & Spruce intersection. The intersection at Algonquin & Spruce will be CLOSED to all traffic starting at 7pm tonight. Closure will last approximately up to 12 noon on Friday May 30th. Please be advised that the closure may last longer in order to complete paving repairs by Asphalt Contractor. No Access by Traffic will in effect from: On Algonquin Boulevard from Brunette to Pine St and On Spruce St from Third to Fifth NOTE HEAVY TRUCK TRAFFIC: Alternate route around Algonquin Boulevard is Shirley Street North, Lafleur Drive, Airport Road, Laforest Road, and Highway 655.
