I started taking Plexus 4 weeks ago and stopped drinking sodas (not because I dont like them, I just didnt want them) cut some carbs, started walking and this morning I woke up and decided to weigh myself... I have gone from 238 to 216 in these 4 weeks of taking Plexus!!! I feel so dang wonderful today! No more joint aches no more back aches my depression is gone and I am really nice to my Husband! WHOOT WHOOT!!! LIFE IS GOOD!
