Tiny Dancer is a deeply poignant and moving film made by Ford Austin. Ford Austin was Artists for Traumas first participating Student Artist 2 1/2 years ago. He made this film before his life threatening and life altering car crash where he challenged death and his Spirit won. For a while he did not know if he could or would ever direct, produce or act again. He has since shown himself, the world and other recovering trauma survivors that as I always say, there is great opportunity for quality recovery! Artists for Trauma sponsored Ford with multiple Italian Opera lessons where he began rebuilding his voice, intonation, flexibility and self confidence in a fun and empowering atmosphere with a wonderful artist by the name of Bruce Ekstutt. After viewing Tiny Dancer it is clear to see what a talented director, producer, actor and amazing human being Ford Austin is. Yes, Ford Austin made this film with his Soul and the viewer can absolutely feel IT.
