Tip #10 on being a great client: Remember there are no real winners in litigation. It is time consuming, stressful and downright expensive. Nobody really wins in the end. Try and separate your emotions from your legal issues as much as possible. You may want to really “stick it to ‘em” but if you don’t – and sometimes even if you do – you still did not “win”. The best legal advice that can be offered is to avoid litigation altogether. But then again, those that ignore that advice are the ones who keep us in business!
