Tip #68 Detoxification is a huge part of fat loss. The old saying was if youre not sweating your not working hard enough, but in reality, if youre not sweating, youre not releasing toxins, and therefore we arent getting maximum fat loss. The more toxic your body is, the more strain it is under. Your liver for example, is responsible for burning fat and detoxifying estrogen (fat legs anyone?) but if it is overburdened with external toxins, it wont be doing its job properly. So remember, sweating = fat loss. Thats you too ladies. I know how much you girls like to sweat... #RMF
