Tip: Your bodies nervous system cant differentiate between physical & emotional stress so if you are having a particularly stressful time at work or in your personal life then that will also directly effect how well you train. You will probably find that you perform below your best in sparing or push less in weight training if you have a particularly stressful day, week or year. That being said to avoid stress building up a good physical workout & a good nights sleep can do wonders (it works for me!)...so go get sweaty!
