Tip of the Day - Many people ask me where I get my inspirations for my paintings. Most of my inspiration comes from everyday experience or things that just pop into my head. Whether it be the birds outside my window or places Ive been or seen or the images that I see in my mind while listening to someone talk about their experiences. For example in Early Morning Delivery I remember growing up and we would have a milk truck come by the house to sell us milk, butter and other dairy products. I would listen to my grandma tell us stories about horse drawn milk and ice wagons and how since there was no electricity back then that the ice wagons would deliver blocks of ice. They would put the ice in the refrigerator, or ice box to keep the dairy products and other things cold. Thats what inspired this painting. Have fun!
