Tip of the Day: In light of a recent case in Virginia re: non-compete agreements - a court deemed that a case involving 2 candidates going to work for a competitor was viable enough to go forward in court. When hiring from competitors - it proves that it is important to ask potential employees whether or not they have non-compete agreements with their current and past employers and reviewing the agreements when they do.
