Tip of the day--Do not use toothpaste to clean your jewelry. Although it has mild abrasive and cleaning properties, and in most cases wont damage your jewelry, its also designed to coat your teeth, and will do the same thing to your jewelry, attracting more debris to coat your piece. Mild, sudsy, non ammonia bases cleaners work fine. Soak in a warm solution, and clean with gentle agitation from a soft toothbrush. Remember to rinse!
