Tip of the day- TOUCH. The human touch and contact with others, whether it be furry or friend/family, is an incredible tool for keeping spirits high, infections at bay, and the body calm and relaxed. In fact, just petting an animal, hugging a friend, or kissing a loved one can lower your heart rate and blood pressure.
