Tip of the week: Remember those of you who are feeling the climate changes! This time of year the sun is low in the sky. Its cold outside so we are moving less and many eat different foods and dont get enough exercise or stay hydrated. Consider getting up out of your chair every hour at a minimum and doing a lap around the office or better yet, bundle up and go for a brisk 10-minute walk. Sip water and if you arent taking a probiotic or B vitamins, consider that with less sunshine your body could gain a good boost in your energy, spirit and mental focus - not to mention digesting food better just by adding foods or supplements that aid in restoring these elements of good health. #holidaytips, #stayhydrated, #feelgoodtoday
