Tip on Tuesday: Don’t just randomly follow someone else’s Training or Diet program. Their history, lifestyle etc could all be completely different to yours. This is common for men to follow some Big dude’s program even though he has been training for year’s and the program is designed specifically for him and his goals. Figure out YOUR goals and how any program will fit into YOUR lifestyle before following things randomly! If you think any of your friends might like it be sure to pass it on and/ or share it! :)
