Tip on Tuesday: Women can be every bit as strong as men Pound for Pound. The reason women can’t do push- ups is because they don’t do them, simple as that. Do them more often and you will get better at them. In our sessions 70- 80% of females are doing push- ups on their feet and with good to excellent technique. Almost every single one of them told me on their first day “I can’t do press- ups” but they kept doing them and have progressed with time. Females should also be able to build up to do chin- ups. Any woman that can do 10 good push- ups and even 2- 5 chin- ups will be in great shape. If you think any of your friends might like it be sure to pass it on and/ or share it! :)
