Tip on Tuesday: You do not get better from your workout, you actually get WORSE as the muscles break down. So it’s your rest/ recovery where you get the bulk of your results from. So instead of working out harder, longer and more often you may be better focusing on cleaning up your diet and getting some good sleep.
