Tips for Deep-Set Eyes Your eyes are set deep, making the brow bone appear more noticeable. Follow these simple steps to get the perfect look! Eye Color Explained Highlighter – The lightest shade used in an eye look. It enhances eye features such as the brow bone and the inner corner of the eye. Midtone – The medium shade used in an eye look. For a day look, this shade is usually neutral. Accent – The darkest shade used in and eye look. It adds a pop of color and depth to the eye. Step 1 First, apply the highlighter shade to the eyelid and along the inner corner of the lower lashes and to brow bone. Step 2 Next, apply the midtone shade up above the crease and sweep it across the brow bone. Step 3 Apply the accent shade to the outer corner of the upper lashline, then up onto the corner of the brow bone. Step 4 Sweep the accent shade underneath the lower lashline for definition. Blend all three shades. Step 5 To line your eyes, glide a thin line of eyeliner along the upper and lower lashline, thickening the line slightly on outer two-third of the eyelid. Soften with the Eyeliner/Eyebrow Brush. Apply your favorite Mary Kay® mascara to upper and lower lashes. Tips for Sensational Eyes Remember to blend! Eye colors should blend smoothly without looking like streaks of color. If you’re unsure of your eye shape, don’t worry! Just use the application for standard eyes. It looks good on everyone. If you have a combination of eye types, for example, wide-set and hooded, choose the application for the feature you most want to downplay or enhance. Rebecca Lixey INDEPENDENT BEAUTY CONSULTANT
