Tips for sound sleep: 1)Regulate your sleeping schedule, early to bed and early to rise is a good rule. 2)Avoid using mobile, computers, television at least 2 hours before bed. 3)Avoid heavy foods at night and try to finish the dinner around 8pm to keep minimum of 2 hours gap between dinner and sleep. 4)Practice of simple asana like pawanmuktasana series and relaxation and meditative asanas, slow suryanamaskars influence sound sleep. 5)Bhramari and ujjayi pranayama helps in getting rid of day to day stress. 6)Practice abdominal breathing in savasana before going to sleep.
