Tips for the people who get warm when they sleep. A silk comforter or a cotton comforter will help draw moisture away from you at night. Wash once a week will make it last for years. Personally I like to change design sooner! Also a high thread count makes for a denser hotter sheet. So save your money with the lower thread count for better air movement . Side sleeper use latex pillows ,back sleeper feather pillows so you can push pillow for neck support ,stomach sleeper a thin pillow . Personally I am going to try a My Pillow. To look younger try black out shades so no lights come in. You sleep better therefore look better. Remember no light (no computers,no tv,no cells!) HAPPY SLEEPING!
